Life can change unexpectedly, and in those moments, individuals and families may find themselves in need of essential support that does not always fit within traditional systems of assistance. It was from this understanding that Meet the Needs, Incorporated was established, officially becoming a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization in July 2021.

Over the past decade, our community has grown to include many dedicated organizations working tirelessly to serve others in a variety of ways. MTN is honored to join in the network of support. Through strong relationships with local agencies and community partners, we strive to assist individuals directly, help navigate them toward appropriate resources, and collaborate with other organizations to ensure that needs are addressed.

Each of our board members brings lived experience from working and serving within this community, which allows us to recognize the wide range of challenges individuals may face. We are also proud to include Youth Consultants on our board, whose perspectives and ideas bring valuable insight and innovation to our mission. Together, this diverse leadership reminds us that solutions are not always confined to traditional boundaries, and our commitment is to remain flexible, compassionate, and responsive when unexpected needs arise. We are committed to meeting those needs that fall “Outside the Box!”
